A team of 10 professionals including Technical & Management persons has been constituted for necessary Industry-Institute Interaction. The Committee will be core responsible for the Internships programmes and the placements of the eligible candidates.
Placement Procedure
Companies are invited by the Institution at its Campus. The main emphasis is to conduct the Joint campus Placements Programmes, hence providing assistance to the students of other institutions and also build the level of confidence and competition among the students of our group. All the Eligible candidates are given chance for appearing in the screening test as conduct acc. to the policy of the visiting company. The short listed candidates then appear for the subsequent rounds or stages as decided by the visiting company.
Placements Preparation
In-house development programmes for the enhancement of both technical, managerial and soft-skill have been initiated by the group. Periodic guest lectures and Industrial visits are incorporated in to the Curriculum itself in view of providing the exposure to the students. Tie-ups with External agencies for the periodic conduct of the workshops on Art-of-living also been in process.
Exposure to the students
For the overall and actual development of the students, classroom teaching is not sufficient. Keeping this in view and following the western culture, students are motivated to visit the places-Institutions,Universities,Research Laboratories, Industries and the area of their interests. Necessary arrangements and the financial assistance in this regard is given by the group periodically.
